New Jersey has been a leader in the establishment of a strong statutory, regulatory policy and program framework to support the prevention, remediation and reporting of HIB in schools. This page includes information and resources to aid families and our schools in the implementation of proactive responses to HIB and to aid our schools in consistently improving HIB reporting procedures.

HIB 338 FORM Harrassment, Intimidation or Bullying Reporting Form
This fillable online HIB Form Link (above) should be completed online, then saved to your computer & emailed to your child's HIB Specialist using the staff email links at the top of the page for each specific district building. Please include “HIB 338 FORM” in the email subject line.
