Strategic Plan 2026-2031

Palmyra School District’s 2026–2031 Strategic Plan is intentionally designed as a concise, districtwide framework. Each of the five strategic goals applies to all students, including students receiving special education services, multilingual learners, and students with diverse academic, social-emotional, and developmental needs. Specific programs, supports, initiatives, and action steps are developed and monitored within each goal area as the district implements the plan.
